Ingredients: 1 kg Gobhi cut into florets

4 cloves

Method: For the masala, grind the cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, dried ginger, cumin, coriander powder, fenugreek, carom seeds and black pepper, with a fine powder.
